Breaking: Arewa Youths, Edwin Clark protests, calls for Arrest of IPOB-leader Nnamdi Kanu in FCT-Abuja, but IPOB, Kanu cannot protest in FCT-Abuja–Reports
New York[RR]Abuja–Arewa Youth Assembly escorted by Nigerian police without tear gas or baptized by water cannon staged a peaceful protest in FCT-Abuja. According to reports,’to them, the unity of Nigeria is non-negotiable. Like Edwin Clark, the said IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu is undermining the sovereignty of Nigeria and should be arrested now’, it said.
Observers and pundits wonders why Arewa Youth can protests freely in Abuja while IPOB members and Nnamdi Kanu cannot protest.
Anonymous commentator said this: “Yes they want the rights to protest, but Nnamdi Kanu has no right to protest?
‘That is how senselessly these Fulani and their Hausa vassals reason. That explains why in their hallucination, they believe they can sit on their superiors and rule and kill them forever. And Islamic terrorists in Nigerian police uniform on horse-backs gave them escort and protection, and they will get paid from oil money.
“This picture of unemployed Islamic street urchins being protected by Nigerian police as they openly attack and denigrate people’s right for protest, even as they protest themselves, is the reason why Nigerian must be peacefully or violently dissolved…”,he fumed.

New York[RR]Biafra–Nation–Edwin Clark has been a recurring decimal in politics of the Niger Delta since the Civil War. He is one of those who collaborated closely with the federal troops during the war to sabotage Biafran resistance in riverine parts of Biafra inhabited by the non-Igbo ethnic nationalities of Eastern Nigeria. Mr. Clark played role of a sellout against his people and was rewarded handsomely by enemy forces after collapse of Biafran resistance in 1970. Since then, Edwin Clark has functioned as a reliable ally of the Islamic Sokoto Caliphate order that has overseen Nigeria’s governance in the past half century. He is, therefore, the quintessential Mr. “Status Quo” who should have reasons to be apprehensive about the revolutionary change that is poised to upend the Nigeria he believes in at its very foundation.
Chief Clark’s outburst is merely the last-ditch effort to conjure the magic that no longer works for him and his ilk as was the case before now. With end of the status quo imminent, he desperately lashes out at self-determination agitators of which IPOB and its leader, Nnamdi Kanu are top of the list. But his calls to have Mr. Kanu arrested and imprisoned appear to have fallen on deaf ears since the central government authorities must have learnt its lessons after arresting and incarceration the IPOB leaders for more than 18 months. Edwin Clark feels increasingly isolated as gloom envelops the status quo. The tsunami being unleashed by revolutionary fervor among the downtrodden has compelled the likes of Edwin Clark to literally quake in their boots mortified in fear of the future..”–Okenwa R. Edwin Clark As Old as You Are, I Am Agitating to Set You Free–Nnamdi Kanu Replies Edwin Clark
New York[RR]Biafra-Nation–dwin Clark, former Nigeria’s Minister (Federal Commissioner) of Information under Yakubu Gowon, recently called for the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Clark was quoted to have said during an interview with the Cable that “There is nowhere that youths will take over the administration of a place and it is very irresponsible for Kanu to say there will be no election in Anambra State in November. He should be arrested and detained. There is a limit to their agitation and I am happy that the President-General of Ohanaeze Ndiigbo has condemned them.”
However, in a swift and classic response to Clark’s careless and highly irresponsible statement, Kanu has told Clark that the former’s agitation is to set Clark and his likes free.
“I don’t play the politics of militancy, I don’t, I also don’t play the politics of amnesty payment, it’s of no use, I don’t play the politics of settlement; I play the politics of freedom.
“Edwin Clark never asked me why I am stopping Anambra state election, because if he had asked me why; I will tell him that as old as he is, I want to set him free.
“The reason why the so-called elders and the Igwes want the election to hold is because of the oil allocation, and because of the monthly payment. They don’t care about the masses and their suffering, because if they do, they will go to Osinbajo to negotiate the date for referendum instead of election. . .
“Edwin Clark is fighting for resource control of 13%, may be moved to 15%, Nnamdi Kanu is fighting for resource control of Ijaw people, so that they can control their resources 100% through our freedom”
It should be noted that Clark worked with Hausa-Fulani people to betray Biafrans during the first Biafra-Nigeria War. He was among the people that sold out his region, when Gowon took over the resources of the region in the pretext of prosecuting the war against Biafrans.
Clark is a classic ‘house nigger’ [Uncle Tom] of the riverine part of Biafra. A recent example of his betrayal was the manner he turned his back against Jonathan, who took him as a political godfather and rehabilitated him, as soon as Hausa-Fulani took over the reins of power.
Clark who threatened fire and brimstone during the campaigns if Jonathan did not win the 2015 election, only few months after General Buhari was muscled into power, declared that Goodluck Jonathan “lacked the political will to fight corruption”.
