New York[RR]New York–Breaking-News: New York Deploys 6,000 Police-force,Secret Service, tanks Across City, As Eric Garner’s Cop Killer, Walks without charges

New York State/City has allegedly deployed 6,000 police force, plain-cloth secret service men, tanks, ambulances, and other operational vehicles as New York grand jury declined to indict NYPD police officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of unarmed, 43-year-old Eric Garner, when Mr. Eric Garner was killed in a 1986 banned choke and hold tactic, Republic Reporters investigations shows. Meanwhile, City Mayor Bill de Blasio is addressing news conference as at press, explaining unarmed 43-year old Eric Garner decision today, Wednesday, December 3, 2014.

On Tuesday Mayor de Blasio released a statement stating, that, ‘..Today’s outcome is one that many in our city did not want. Yet New York City owns a proud and powerful tradition of expressing ourselves through non-violent protest. We trust that those unhappy with today’s grand jury decision will make their views known in the same peaceful, constructive way. We all agree that demonstrations and free speech are valuable contributions to debate, and that violence and disorder are not only wrong – but hurt the critically important goals we are trying to achieve together.

Adding, that, “..These goals – of bringing police and community closer together and changing the culture of law enforcement — are why we have introduced so many reforms this year. It starts at the top with Commissioner Bratton – a strong, proven change agent. We have dramatically reduced the overuse and abuse of stop-and-frisk. We have initiated a comprehensive plan to retrain the entire NYPD to reduce the use of excessive force and to work with the community. We have changed our marijuana policy to reduce low-level arrests, and we have launched a new pilot program for body cameras for officers to improve transparency and accountability …”, he added.

“Oh my God, are you serious?” Esaw Garner, her voice rising in shock and anger, told The Daily News. “I’m very disappointed. You can see in the video that he (the cop) was dead wrong!”

New York Times reported that , ‘Garner was referring to the shocking cellphone video first published on NYDailyNews.com that showed Officer Daniel Pantaleo placing Garner in a chokehold — a move banned by the NYPD — and wrestling him to the ground.

“The grand jury kept interviewing witnesses but you didn’t need witnesses,” the anguished widow said. “You can be a witness for yourself. Oh my God, this s— is crazy.”

Continuing it said, “Esaw Garner said she is now placing her hopes for justice with the U.S. Department of Justice.

“Well, I guess I have to go with the next step,” she said.

Garner’s 19-year-old son, Eric Snipes, called the decision “insane.”

“Oh man, this is not fair,” he said. “It’s not fair how he could get away with murder. I feel disgusted. I’m never going to see my pops again.”

“The grand jury needs to come talk to me and tell me why they’re not indicting this guy. That’s what the grand jury needs to do. Come tell me in person why they’re not indicting this guy.”

In a statement released by the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, Pantaleo did not comment directly on the grand jury decision but said it was “never my intention to harm anyone.”

“I feel very bad about the death of Mr. Garner,” he said. “My family and I include him and his family in our prayers and I hope that they will accept my personal condolences for their loss.”

Commentators and civil Rights activists think this is a miscarriage of justice.
